EPIC Shore dive spearfishing in England - Catch & Cook Pollack Gravlax

Probably the most epic shore dive I have ever had in the UK with my long time dive mate Andrew. We weren't expecting much but had enough visibility to see the masses of fish that were getting around. I try something a little different with the pollack I catch, gravlax. A northern Swedish dish that involves curing the fish with salt, sugar & spices.
