Chicken Thigh ... 300g
【sauce】
Soy sauce … 1+1/2 tbsp
Mirin … 1+1/2 tbsp
Sake … 1+1/2 tbsp
Sugar … 1/2 tbsp
Yuzu-Kosho(Yuzu pepper) … 1 tsp
① Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar and Yuzu-kosho in a bowl. Marinate a chicken in the mixed seasoning for 5 minutes. Take out and wipe it thoroughly with paper towel.
② Cook it from the skin side on medium heat. Be careful not to burn it. Flip it over.
③ Add the mixed seasoning after it’s almost cooked. Boil down until the sauce is sticky. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
