Command to execute in PowerShell:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI | Reset-AppxPackage
Note: This command only works in Windows 10 build 20175 or later.
If you're on Windows 11, you can also try this command:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
