Looking at a demo for a called Last Time I Saw You. This is a part of Steam's narrative games fest.
This one is billed as a coming of age tale... with yokai!
There are a lot of things to like about this demo, from the art style to the general atmosphere to the group dynamic they start to establish with the little trio of friends. But I left this demo feeling like they hadn't made a full pitch. They were definitely starting to. I was on board with what was happening. But I feel like it ended before we were introduced to the actual story. I felt like it didn't make it's move to get it's claws into me.
I could have used a little more of the game OR even just a little video of what's to come.
