Vault 21:

Vault 21 is a Vault-Tec vault that was once hidden under Las Vegas, Nevada. It has since been converted into a hotel/casino and acts as one of many sources of income for Mr. House and his young New Vegas empire. It was a vault based around gambling, with the idea that all disputes would be settled using gambling. However House took an interest and now all but the bottom floors have been filled in with concrete. We can find the Strip Snowglobe here, as well as a picture of the Lone Wanderer's parents. We find out about the history of the place and its current owner, Sarah Weintraub.
