This strong and sweaty flow
This strong and sweaty flow will make you work! It's mostly wrist free (no planks, no chaturangas), but we will do wrist rehab exercises in the flow and bring small, manageable amounts of weight into the wrists (with tips and tricks to modify your down dog so wrists feel better, but also options without down dog if it feels too much still).
If you've been a wrist free warrior for a while, and you're looking for the next step to rehab hands and wrists and slowly start bring strength and weight back into them - this flow is for you!
The flow Includes:
✅ Strong standing balances and tricky transitions
✅ Backbends including camel and bow pose
✅ Deep quad and hamstring stretches
✅ Deep hip stretches
✅ Dolphin pose for shoulder strength
✅ Wrist rehab exercises
✅ Tips for making down dog feel better in the wrists
