HOW TO MAKE MANGO MUFFINS WITHOUT EGGS/ MANGO CUPCAKE RECIPE

How to make these easy, moist mango muffins without eggs or beater? This recipe can be made into homemade eggless mango cupcakes also. The best part is this recipe is super easy without any beater. Simply mix the ingredients with a spatula, pour into a muffin tray with cupcake papers and bake for few minutes and you have these delicious fresh, soft muffins that can be enjoyed for snacks, breakfast or your child's tiffin.
Select juicy mango that do not have too much fiber.
Since I wanted to enjoy this recipe for its pure mango flavour, I did not add any essence, however you can add some vanilla or mango essence too.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup or 120ml warm whole milk
1/3 cup or 80ml melted unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tsp white vinegar
2 medium mangoes
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar or 3/4 cup (100g) powdered sugar
2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
4 Tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup (120ml) Luke warm water
2 tsp desiccated coconut (optional)
