Here's a Simple and easy recipe for Chicken BBQ Rice loaded with chicken and veggies:

Ingredients:
*For the first marination:*
- Chicken boneless: 500 grams
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder: 2 teaspoons

*For the second marination:*
- Whisked yoghurt: 1 cup
- Tikka masala: 2 teaspoons
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
- Smokey BBQ sauce: 2 teaspoons

*For cooking:*
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped onion: 1/2 cup
- Green capsicum: 1/2 cup (1 medium size)
- Chinese carrot: 1/2 cup
- Cabbage: 2 cups (1 medium size)
- Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

1. *First Marination:*
  - Mix chicken, salt, and black pepper powder.
  - Marinate for 15 minutes and set aside.

2. *Second Marination:*
  - Mix whisked yoghurt, tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, and smokey BBQ sauce.
  - Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes.

3. *Cooking the Chicken:*
  - Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  - Add chopped onion and cook on full flame until translucent.
  - Add marinated chicken, cover, and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  - Increase to full flame to evaporate the water, then cover and cook again for 5 minutes on full flame.
  - Turn off the flame when the chicken is fully cooked.

4. *Cooking the Veggies:*
  - In the same oil, add green capsicum, Chinese carrot, cabbage, and black pepper powder.
  - Cook on full flame for 5 minutes until the veggies are done.

5. *Serving:*
  - Combine the cooked chicken and veggies with rice.
  - Serve hot and enjoy with your family!
