In this lesson you will learn why and how, you need to keep your food premises clean.
Cleaning removes dirt and grease.  Sanitising kills harmful microbes (germs) remaining on surfaces.
Unclean premises and equipment will enable germs to grow, which, if they contaminate food, can make people sick.
Dirty premises can attract pests, like mice, rats and cockroaches, that can spread disease.
