Lauki or Bottle Gourd is
Lauki or Bottle Gourd is a summer vegetable but not liked by many. But these super soft and delicious koftas in a thick spicy gravy are so delicious to resist.
This is one of the most popular dishes in North India often made in lunch and combined with Roti, Paratha or rice. :)
Lauki Kofta Curry Recipe| Lauki ke kofte | लौकी कोफ्ता रेसिपी
Ingredients:
1 medium sized lauki
1/2 cup besan
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp haldi
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp amchur powder
2 big onions chopped
3 pureed tomatoes
1 tsp green chillies chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp besan
Water as needed
1 tsp kasoori methi
Fresh coriander leaves
Ghiya ke kofte
