How to Run a Provider-Specific Patient List Report in EPIC

Open the ED Dashboard (Ctrl+Shift+4)
Use the "Catalog" if there are no reports available to you.
Customize the "My patients last 7 days" by clicking on the pencil icon
Use date range "T-31" to "T" and add the provider name of interest to the second field.
SAVE AS
Run the Report
Double click on a chart to open and review.
Chang context and re-run the report to pull patients from another site.
