- Ingredients (four fresh cream bread)

Bread flour 210g
Cake flour 50g
Sugar 35g
Salt 4g
Instant Dry East 4g
Water 120g
Milk 50g
Butter 40g

A piece of yolk
Milk 15g

Whipped cream 500g
Sugar 50g


Bake in a 350 fahrenheit preheated oven for 15 minutes.
