In chapter 4 of the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna is explaining the Arjuna what kinds of actions are most desirable as forms of worship, and what should be avoided.  In this video, Shannon and Shae talk about the idea of sacrifice, and what it means to sacrifice something for Krishna, and if seeking wisdom and knowledge for the sake of helping others is a worthy sacrifice.

Chapter Four of the Bhagavad Gita, titled "Jnana Yoga" or "The Yoga of Knowledge". In this chapter, Lord Krishna elaborates on the eternal nature of his teachings and explains the significance of knowledge, action and devotion in attaining liberation.  He reveals the concept of "avatar" or divine incarnation, and discusses of surrendering to the Divine will. Krishna emphasizes the need for selfless action performed  as a service to God, without attachment to the results. He also discusses  the importance of acquiring knowledge from a realized teacher, or guru, and the benefits of following the path of wisdom and righteousness.
