There are a lot of styles and concepts for your chicken house, from stationary sheds, to large and small portable chicken tractors. You can spend a premium on mass manufactured homes, or pay thousands for craftsman style cedar fortresses.
But lets be real, if you are searching for chicken houses, you are probably starting out in your own backyard and are looking for a light, strong, and economical solution that you, your spouse and your kids can move.....
That's where this design comes in. This is my fourth iteration of poultry housing, We have graduated up in scale and realized after two years of raising birds, just build it right the first time, and you will save money and headache in the long run. You can build this hoop house in a weekend for under 300.00 bucks easy! and triple the size you would have over a store bought item at the same price..
