I Paid 99p For This FAULTY Simpson's BARTMAN Game | Can I FIX It?

I got this Bartman: Avenger Of Evil Electronic Game from off eBay for 99p!  It was sold as having a faulty display and unable to start the game!

Let's see if we can fix it!
