I Bought a Faulty NEO GEO Pocket Color for £50 | Can I FIX It?

Here we have a Neo
Here we have a Neo Geo Pocket Color that has some black lines on the screen and doesn't power up properly. It obviously doesn't load games either!
Let's see if I can get to the bottom of the problem and get this little thing back up and running!

PS. I'm not an expert in repairs at all. I do this for fun, and it may not be the best or safest way to go about repairing broken stuff. I'm pretty good at melting plastic though. Please don't copy me - I'm an idiot.
