Ginger -  1 inch piece  ( cut into pieces )
Garlic -  12 cloves  ( cut into pieces )
Turmeric / Haldi powder -  ¼ tsp
Cumin / Jeera seeds -  ½ tsp
Black Peppercorns -  20
Cinnamon -  1 inch stick
Cloves -  6  
Salt -  1 tsp
Sugar -  ½ tsp
Vinegar -  2 tbsp
Water -  2 tbsp

Cabbage -  ¼ piece
Onions -  2  medium size
Tomatoes -  3  medium size
Salt -  ¼ tsp
Black Pepper powder -  1/8 tsp
Vinegar -  1 tsp
Bread Crumbs for coating -  2 tbsp  ( as required )
