Subscribe to my channel for free; https://bit.ly/CHEFOKTAYUSTA Talash Borek Ingredients List: A pack of puff pastry dough 500 grams of lamb Three dried onions A glass of peas A pinch of parsley One egg Salt pepper Olive oil Sesame Preparation: We finely chop the lamb and onions, then we first take the lamb meat into our pan and start cooking it with olive oil, we water it, then we add the onions to the pan, we roast them quickly as shown in the video. We allocate our filling on the puff pastry dough which is totally defrosted at room temperature and spread it on the counter and wrap it as shown in the video, turn it upside down and leave gaps on the tray covered with baking paper. We spread egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on it. We cook it in a preheated oven until they fry, it goes well with the brewed tea. Health to your hands. Post Script: Puff pastry dough gets defrosted in 4 - 5 hours as a whole package, but in a quicker method, open the package and spread the plastics on the counter with some space between them and they’ll defrost quickly.
