6 poblanos chiles
4 tomato’s
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 cup of mozzarella  cheese
2 serrano chiles
3 garlic cloves
1 tbs of tomato bouillon
1 tbs of black pepper
1 tbs of salt
1 tbs of Mexican oregano
3 cups of water
