Welcome to 15 min Guided Body Scan Meditation! This guided body scan helps to shift attention away from stressful thoughts, calm the mind and body, and help you relax and drift off to sleep. It's inspired by yoga nidra or yogic sleep - one of my favorite techniques for deep relaxation.
You can do this practice on the yoga mat or carpet or just directly in your bed. Extra tip - turn off the autoplay function on Youtube, so you won't be disturbed by the next video playing automatically.
