Goat mundi/goad head dry masala. Its an Authentic aagri non veg recipe  made up of goat heat and some spices .very easy to make yet very tasty. Served with rice bhakri  and slice of lemon and onion.
Ingredients-
Goat head/ mundi- 1
Onion-1
2 inch- ginger, 25 garlic cloves
1¼ tsp turmeric , 5 tsp red chilli and 1 .5 tsp garam msala powder.
2 bayleaves, 4 black peppercorn, 1 black cardamonand  3 cloves
1sp grated dry roasted coconut
Salt
Oil
Method-
Clean head pieces with water 2 to 3 times. Marinate with 1 tsp turmeric,2 tsp red chilli powder crushed ginger/garlic and 2 tsp oil.rest for ½ an hour.
In pan heat 4 tbsp oil, put whole spices , add chopped onion and fry on low to medium flame till it turns light brown. Then add ¼ tsp turmeric and 3 tsp red chilli powder. Mix. Add marinate head pieces and cook on low flame for 15 mins. Cover with lid and keep water on it and cook. After 15 mins. Check. Add salt and garam masala powder .  add hot water and again cook on medium flame for 30 mins. Keep water on lid and cook. After 30 mins if pieces are cooked, add grated dry coconut and cook for 2 to 3 more mins. If needed pour some water. Once cooked serve with rice bhakri.
