M23 rebels accuse Congo of reneging on 2013 deal

The M23 rebels have allowed some Congolese refugees who fled to Uganda to return to their homes to pick up their belongings.

The refugees have also been given the choice of remaining in Bunagana once they decide to return home.

This is as the armed rebel group maintains control over Bunagana town in Eastern DRC for the second day after overrunning government forces on Monday.
