Badminton Lesson #4 - Forehand Serve

The starting point of every badminton rally is the serve. It is very important to know how to serve in order for you to begin the game. A quality serve will immediately give you the advantage to be aggressive, but a poor serve may force you (and your partner if you are playing doubles or mixed doubles) to defend right away.

In this video you will learn 3 types of forehand serve:

Types of forehand serve in badminton:
1. Forehand High serve
2. Forehand Low serve
3. Forehand Flick serve
