This Scissor Kick Jump is
This Scissor Kick Jump is very challenging especially for beginners, without knowing how to do scissor kick jump, it is very difficult to improve their game to the next level.
Once you master this scissor kick jump and apply a proper footwork, you will be no longer having problem to hit a clear shot, drop shot, smash shot and every shot at the back side of the court. I highly recommend for all beginners to spend extra time to master this exercise.
