---Five Ways To Improve Your Body Image---

Although not everyone that is chronically ill or disabled will struggle with their body image, it's definitely a topic that is hard to approach for some. Whether it's something you have struggled with for a while or you're starting to doubt yourself, it's important you're doing all that you can to remind yourself that your body is not broken or damaged.

To help, here are five ways you can help improve your overall body image:

---Follow Social Media Accounts That Look Like You---

One of the best things you can do to improve your overall body image is to follow people on social media that look like you. You will be able to see someone feel confident in a body that looks like yours, helping to improve the way in which you see yourself.

---Write Positive Affirmations Each Day---
