What does ME/CFS feel like?

This is a tiny, short window into ME/CFS.  I started out mild for 1.5 years, not knowing what I had.  I became severe (border of very severe/very severe while crashed) overnight in a combination of a viral activation (a coldsore) and a busy day of walking around a fair..  

I have now gradually improved to moderate.  This is not common.  It is the result of multiple medications through Stanford, many supplements, diet, and most of all careful pacing and resting to avoid crashes.
