Moist and Soft Cheesecake Brownie Recipe
*material
140g dark chocolate (62% cacao content)
85 g butter
70 g sugar
32g brown sugar
1 g salt
2 g vanilla extract
90 g room temperature eggs
58g all-purpose flour
20 g cocoa powder
200g room temperature cream cheese
50 g sugar
2 g vanilla extract
a little salt
1 room temperature egg
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
180 degrees 20 minutes preheat
Bake for 7 minutes at 170 degrees, 21 minutes at 160 degrees (total bake for 28 minutes)
(Because the temperature of each oven is different, it is better to match the temperature of the oven you are using)
