Seth Thomas Westminster chime mantel clock NOT WORKING

Got it today from a friend of mine. The clock is not working and we are unsure why. The escapement wheel that makes the clock tick came loose and it cannot tick. The chimes work though. This had no key when I got it. But I used another key I had to wind and it chimes but doesn’t run. Anyway, enjoy!
