GIANT Kaleidoscope

Hello World!
My name is Grant Cole, and this video is of a 6' long Kaleidoscope I built for the "Art Smart" program for the Durham Board of Education here in Southern Ontario.  This Kaleidoscope was used to bridge art with the mathematics curriculum of grade 5 (fractions).
The kaleidoscope is adjustible to 3 different angles and can switch from 2-3 mirror surfaces.
The items that reflect are placed in a large 24" diameter transparent plexi-glass hollow-chamber disk and then mounted by it's center to the end of the Kaleidoscope.  
The disks can then be rotated by the viewer causing the contents of the hollow transparent disk to tumble and fall into view for reflection.
I have multiple disks for which each collection is themed, ie. "Spring Time, Amazon, Easter, Armageddon" etc.

This video shows "Easter" and my four Nieces and Nephews compiled the contents for the hollow transparent disk.

It was a tremendous joy building this and it continues to excite anyone (young and old) who looks through it.
