Lemon curd recipe in grams:

- 3 Whole Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 200 grams Sugar
- 140 grams Fresh Lemon Juice  (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
- The zest of 3 Lemons
- 80 grams of Butter
- 15 gr Corn Starch

- 3 Whole Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
- The zest of 3 Lemons
- 2/3 stick of Butter
- 1½ tbsp Corn Starch
