🔸 Enjoy this quick yin yoga 20 minutes no props class [yin yoga for hamstrings and hips] - short yin yoga for all levels (best yin yoga class for your mornings!). This is a yin yoga class with music. And in this easy yin yoga sequence, we do 5 poses for 3-4 minutes each. Poses are super effective! - it is a great 20 min yin yoga hamstrings and hips class. I designed this practice as a short morning yin yoga no props class, but it might be also your evening routine!

🔸 If you are new to Yin yoga practice - it is a Static stretching (a form of Restorative yoga) where we don't push, don't pull, but implement surrender and let Gravity work with our bodies.
🔸 For thissimple yin yoga poses you don't need any props, only if you feel like it.
🔸 An easy yin yoga sequence for this class is: Star /Turtle pose,  Caterpillar - Sited forward fold, Squat /Malasana squat, Dangling - Standing forward fold, Happy baby position, and I leave you in Shavasana )
