ARGUS 5000-DX, famous, allmode CB-& HAM-Base by CYBERNET

The ARGUS 5000DX is a robust power rack CB base station that accommodates 240 channels (6x40) across AM/FM/USB/LSB/CW. It boasts a broad frequency range extending to 28.755 MHz within the 10m HAM-radio band. The VXO offers a range of approximately ± 8kHz. It delivers a power output of about 15 Watts PeP on SSB, and was produced in the early '80s by CYBERNET Enterprise CO LTD in Japan. The unit incorporates the PCMA001S chassis, one of CYBERNET's last PCB productions. Roughly 12 years ago, I owned an ARGUS 5000DX, but it has since become part of another extensive CB collector's assortment.
