I have tried Venison burgers
I have tried Venison burgers cooked many different ways and this is by far the best! Give this recipe a shot to take your taste buds for a ride! Enjoy
Venison Burger Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Venison (preferably from a deer you harvested)
6-8 Slices Bacon
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 White Onion Minced
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Minced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg
6 Slices Provolone Cheese
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Hamburger Buns
Preferred Burger Toppings
Makes 6 Nice Size Burgers
