here is the recipe:
5lbs of cauliflower
2 level tablespoons garlic powder
2 level tablespoons onion powder
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk (almond milk if you're doing KETO)
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) real butter
salt & pepper for taste
1 cup of shaved parmesan cheese
--steam cauliflower until fork tender
--blend hot with milk, butter and cream in food processor until mashed potatoes consistency. Use less milk if you're not adding cheese.
--put mixture in bowl and add all seasoning. mix well
--grate parmesan cheese and mix well.
