Easy and delicious homemade chocolate cake made in 15 minutes!🎂
Seductive chocolate dream - Homemade chocolate cake without flour in just 15 minutes! Immerse yourself in the delicious taste of this easy and delicious chocolate cake that is guaranteed to blow your mind!
Ingredients:
100 g butter (room temperature).
170 grams of sugar.
A pinch of salt, 8 g of vanilla sugar (1 sachet).
Mix until smooth.
2 eggs (room temperature), add one at a time.
200 ml yoghurt (room temperature).
Mix until smooth.
250 grams of semolina.
50 grams of cocoa.
7 grams of baking powder.
Mix until smooth.
Grease an 18cm casserole dish with butter.
Bake in the preheated state at 170 °C for 45-55 minutes.
Check with a wooden skewer if it should come out dry and clean.
Let cool down.
Cut off the top layer.
Cut into 2 equal parts.
Melt 100 g dark chocolate.
Leave to cool to room temperature.
150 g butter (room temperature).
Beat for 5-7 minutes.
150 g sweet condensed milk. Gradually add in small portions and mix at the same time.
Add the melted chocolate.
Mix until smooth.
Soak in coffee or coffee with milk.
Spread with Nutella.
Collect the cake.
Drizzle with Nutella, sprinkle with chopped nuts (I used walnuts and hazelnuts).
Chill in the fridge if you like, or enjoy the taste right away!
