My grandma made the best Cebularze ever. I had them suggested to me in one of my comments, after asking my mom and trying to remember the recipe, I came to conclusion that this bread is one of the things that I miss from Poland. It's super easy to make and so damn flavorful, full of poppy seeds and onion,  there is no better way to enjoy some memories of my childhood.

INGREDIENTS LIST

Step 1 - Yeast Mixture
- 2,5 tsp of dry yeast
- 1,5 tsp of sugar
- 0,5 tsp of flour  

Step 2 - Filling for Cebularz
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of oil (sunflower, vegetable)
- 2 tbsp of poppy seeds

Step 3 - Making the dough
- 2,5 of flour
- 1 tbsp of salt
- Yeast mixture
- 1 tbsp of melted butter

Step 4 - Mix the dough with the filling and bake it
