Locro recipe

Locro is a typical Argentine food, but it extends with its variants all over South America.
It’s not a stew and not a soup, it’s stronger and tastier. The recipe has a lot of ingredients easily replaceable for whatever you  can get or have al home. Locro is a popular dish in every way, its ingredients are economic and it is usually prepared in big pans to invite, share and celebrate friendship and family.
What we do need is patience, since it takes 3 hours to cook and you need to be prepared from the previous day.
But it is sooo worth it!
