Friends, today I am sharing Mohanthal Recipe with Jaggery | मोहनथाल की रेसीपी गुड के साथ | ગોળથી બનતો મોહનથાળ
Mohanthal is a traditional besan (gram flour) based Indian sweet which is regarded as favourite of Bhagwan Shri Krishna and hence prepared on Sri Krishna Janamashtami festival. The sweet Mohanthal is named after Bhagwan Krishna as Mohan is an epithet for Him.
Usually Mohanthal is made with sugar as sweetner, but here in this video, I made it with Jaggery. This method of making mohanthal with Jaggery is perfect one and you will find no difference in taste and texture while comparing it with traditional mohanthal.

1 cup Pure Ghee (शुध्ध घी)
1 cup Gram Flour (चने का आटा)
½ cup Jaggery (गुड)
¼ cup Milk (दूध)
½ tsp Cardamom Powder (इलाइची पावडर)
