Healthy oatmeal cookies without flour! Crunchy perfect!
Delicious oatmeal cookies with seeds, sesame and peanuts! A very simple recipe for crispy biscuits without flour. The cookies are delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS (for 20 pieces):
✅ Oatmeal 1 cup.
✅ Peanuts 0.3 cups.
✅ Sunflower seeds 0.6 cup.
✅ Sesame 0.6 cup.
✅ Butter 100gr.
✅ Brown sugar 0.25 cups.
✅ Salt (a pinch).
✅ Chicken eggs 1 pc.
Instead of eggs, you can also use 1 tablespoon of cornstarch + 2 tablespoons of water or 1 banana whipped into a puree with a blender.

Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 487 kcal.
Protein - 11g.
fat - 38 g.
Carbohydrate - 34 g.
