Oven Roasted Corn on the
Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob
3 - 4 Ears of Corn - shucked
4 Tbsp Butter - softened
1 Clove Garlic - minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a small bowl mix all ingredients until well combined. Brush butter over corn and wrap
in aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet.
Bake @ 425 for 30 minutes turning half way through cooking time.
