How To Draw Accurately The Net Of A Triangular Prism Using A Ruler And Pencil.

In this video you will be shown how to draw the net of a triangular prism. The measurements of the triangular prism in the example are base 3cm, height 2cm, length 4cm and hypotenuse 3.6cm. First start off with the base of the triangular prism which is 3cm by 4cm rectangle. Next draw the two triangular faces of height 2cm at the top and bottom of this first rectangle. Next draw the back rectangular face on the left hand side of your net by drawing a 2cm by 4cm rectangle. Finally complete the net of the triangular prism by drawing a 4cm by 3.6cm rectangle on the right hand side of the net.
