In this video you will be shown how to draw the net of a right angled triangular prism. In the example the triangular prism has a height of 3cm, a base of 4cm, a hypotenuse of 5cm and the length of the prism is 3.5cm.
First start off with the base of the right angled triangular prism by drawing a rectangular face 4cm by 3.5cm. Next draw the triangular faces at the top of bottom by going out to a length of 3cm. Next do the rectangular face at the back of the prism by going out 3cm on the left of the net. Finally complete the net by doing the sloping rectangular face on the right of the prism by going out 5cm.
