Lots of people brought up worries about using plastic wrap, castor oil in plastic bottles, etc. on my quick and easy castor pack video. Let's dig in and talk about these legit worries and how I address them holistically as a fertility and women's health specialist!

Breasts: A Natural History by Florence Williams
It really shows how a person who tries to avoid these chemicals will still have A LOT of exposure, and the bigger issues and ways to think about this topic.

To Dye For: How Toxic Fashion is Making us Sick by Alden Wicker
Again, really powerful example of how the real enemy and place to make progress is on more systemic change.
Books like this will help you start to see the forest for the trees!
