I went to the Pollo Chuco Festival in Honduras to find out for myself which restaurant in San Pedro Sula has the best Pollo Chuco (Honduran fried chicken). Pollo Chuco is one of the national treasures of Honduras. It's fried chicken dipped in sauce, accompanied by pickles, chimol, and slices of fried green bananas. I tried the pollo chuco from each of the 9 restaurants at the festival to find out which restaurant in the city has the best Pollo Chuco.
