Pickled Ginger recipe.

A handful of fresh ginger root thinly sliced.
One tbs salt to marinade ginger.
Recipe for pickle brine:
One tsp kosher sea salt.
One cup rice vinegar.
1/2 cup water.
Bring to a boil let it cool down add 11/2 or more honey or sugar to your liking.
