한입에 쏙! 계란으로 핑거푸드 만들기, 데빌드 에그 | 달걀 미모사(4K)

▶Ingredient
1 slice bacon, 3 eggs, 2tbsp mayonnaise, 1tbsp honey mustard, 1/4tsp lemon juice, salt, pepper
paprika powder, dill

▶Recipe
1. Put 3 eggs in a pot, add enough water to submerge them, and boil them for 15 minutes.
2. When it is all boiled, take out the egg and cool it by soaking it in cold water.
3. Add a little olive oil to a medium-high heat pan, fry the bacon crispy, and place it on a plate covered with a kitchen towel.
4. When the eggs cool down, peel them and split them in half. Separate the yolks and put them in a sieve.
5. Cut the lower part flat so that the egg whites can stand, then set them on a plate.
6. Press the yolk with a spoon and strain it through a strainer.
7. Add 2tbsp mayonnaise, 1tbsp honey mustard, 1/4tsp lemon juice, pepper, mix well and season with salt.
8. Put in a piping bag and fill the egg whites.
9. Sprinkle paprika powder, put bacon and dill in yolk.

▶Tips
If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a ziploc bag or teaspoon.
You can also use red pepper powder instead of paprika powder.
