The western blot is one
The western blot is one of the most commonly used techniques in scientific research. This video will provide an overview of the western blot along with its history. In general, the western blot is a technique in which proteins are transferred from a gel onto a membrane. The proteins are then incubated with antibodies which allow for them to be detected.
