Unfortunately, there is no solution for a mattress that is sagging as bad as the one in the video, aside from replacing the entire mattress. You could open the mattress and replace the comfort layer, but most people do not have the time or skill to do this. Having this done professionally would be cost prohibitive.
The best alternative is to switch to a natural latex mattress. The comfort layer in natural latex mattresses will most often be made of Dunlop natural latex. "Dunlop" refers to the process of baking the rubber tree sap into supportive, pressure relieving foam. GOLS certified latex foam will not sag like polyurethane.
