Welcome to today's heart opening yoga practice!

Today's practice is designed to open the chest and shoulders as we move in harmony with the breath from one posture to the next. Some of the postures we will move through today are wild thing (with lots of different variations), wheel pose, camel pose, dancer pose and birds of paradise.

Even though the focus is the heart, it is still a very well balanced full body practice that will hopefully leave you feeling full of energy and absolutely amazing.

If you feel called to it, I invite you (after this practice) to take a moment to journal, using the following prompts:
- How do I show myself love and compassion?
- What does love mean to me?
- What emotions or past experiences am I holding onto that are limiting me from being able to love fully?
- What would it mean for me to live with an open heart?
