Hi!  I'm Effie, welcome to my mindfulness video! In today's video we are going to concentrate on presence with two minutes of mindful breathing.  This two-minute breathing activity is designed to help your child take a step away from information overload and into a moment of presence.  

I believe in your child's greatness.  I know that they are awesome and smart and capable of doing anything they put their mind too.  And that beautiful mind flourishes with mindfulness.
